Our client is a thriving and successful Managing Director who is looking for an Executive Assistant to support him as soon as possible. As one who evolves with his environment, the company is experiencing a transitional period as the MD decides on what direction to move the company into, meaning there are many projects to come! In this role you’ll have complete autonomy and ownership, as you manage the office, provide support on projects and of course, support the MD at a full EA capacity. Located on the city outskirts, you’ll have access to a car spot, working in a beautiful office which is within close proximity to trendy shops, cafes and restaurants.
You’ll be supporting the MD at a 1:1 capacity, with responsibilities listed below, but not limited to:
- Diary, travel and meeting coordination
- Screening incoming mail and phone calls
- Liaising with contractors, offsite staff and tenants
- Managing the social media and banking accounts
- Ad hoc administrative support
The successful candidate will be an experienced Executive or Personal Assistant who enjoys working in a small office environment. You will be calm, self-confident and composed in your attitude and approach. You will be comfortable working autonomously, and taking the reigns across the MD’s plate. Your communication and time management skills must be excellent, as well as your attention to detail.
