The Responsibility

Working in a professional yet fast paced and team orientated environment, your daily responsibilities will include;

  • Management of an extensive diary, appointments and scheduling priorities;
  • Managing email communication with various stakeholders;
  • Maintaining high level confidentiality and discretion with information;
  • Building strong relationships with executive leadership team, the HR team and stakeholders;
  • End to end coordination of all travel, accommodation and logistics;
  • Events management and conference coordination including catering;
  • Administration of executive meetings, including producing documents and presentations
  • Ensuring all appropriate approvals are obtained and executed by the executive; and
  • Administrative support and coordination on high level projects.

The Expertise

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years supporting at an executive level in a corporate environment;
  • Exposure to a HR function ideal and highly advantageous;
  • An upbeat, proactive and enthusiastic attitude with the ability to work as a team player as well as independently;
  • Ability to prioritise and adapt within a fast paced working environment
  • Strong eye for detail and a highly organised work manner;
  • The ability to communicate at all levels with the leadership team, colleagues and external parties; and
  • Confidential, discrete and professional in the way you operate.
