Our client, an advisory and project management firm is on the lookout for a HR Administrator to join their team. You will have exposure to multiple areas of the business, liaising with colleagues from all different departments, including interstate offices. You will be providing assistance to everything HR related and be an alternate first point of contact should the HR Manager be unavailable. This firm is highly regarded within market and will offer you the opportunity for progression and great leadership. 

the responsibility

Working closely with the HR Manager, your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with the Recruitment process including job postings, reviewing applications and phone screening
  • Maintaining a talent pool of candidates through the company database
  • Managing the onboarding and exiting process end to end
  • Being an alternate contact for all HR related enquiries from staff
  • Managing of staff mobile devices together with the external provider
  • Manage the monthly payroll cycle for all staff members

the expertise

In order to be considered for this highly sort after role, you will require:

  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role
  • Degree qualified in either Human Resources or Finance
  • Experience or understanding of conducting payroll
  • Immaculately presented with excellent communication skills
  • Intermediate tech skills including Microsoft Office Suite
  • A can do attitude that will allow you to be proactive and work autonomously on occasions
