Our client is a well known, boutique firm that specialises in commercial law. They have a very friendly and welcoming nature, and are wanting a legal secretary to join their Insurance team as soon as possible. This role provides career progression, growth and security – 3 factors that everyone loves! They also love to look after their Secretaries, providing recognition for their hard work with exciting team lunches and events. 

the opportunity

The responsibilities that accompany this role are what you’d expect for a legal secretary of intermediate experience. You will be supporting the current team of 2, that is rapidly growing, with duties including but not limited to:

  • Managing emails and diaries
  • Preparing and amending letters and correspondence
  • Liaising with clients 
  • Preparing bills and monthly reports
  • Any ad hoc tasks as required

the expertise

To be the successful applicant, you will have experience in the Insurance or Litigation departments, have a great eye for detail and be able to work autonomously as well as in a team environment. You will also be service orientated and have had experience supporting two or more lawyers, meaning organisational and planning skills are imperative. A proactive and go-getting attitude is much appreciated in this role, as is personable, friendly individual.
