Our client is a boutique specialist commercial law firm. They have beautiful CBD located offices, with a welcoming and friendly team within them. They are seeking a Legal Secretary with Litigation experience to come on board and assist them in this busy period. the opportunity

As a Legal Secretary, you will be assisting and supporting the Litigation Team with any necessary tasks. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing support to the Litigation team
  • Drafting and amending legal documents
  • Monthly billing
  • Diary management
  • Opening and closing files
  • Dictation
  • Photocopying and collating Briefs for Counsel
  • Liaising with clients 

the expertise

The ideal candidate for this role is a bright and switched on individual, who is confident in using their initiative. They will have experience in a similar role, and is wanting to continue their career within the legal sector. They will maintain a flexible attitude to work, be great at multitasking, have Intermediate MS Office skills and have an enthusiastic, can-do attitude.
