Our client is a high performing investment manager with offices located across the globe. A position has become available for a confident Personal Assistant to support 3 Senior Directors, and the the Portfolio Management team.
In a role that supports multiple people, there becomes a variety of needs and expectations. This role is well suited to one that can multitask, prioritise and remain calm under pressure. Responsibilities for this position will include, but not be limited to;
- Managing multiple diaries across international time zones
- International and domestic travel management
- Preparing meetings, and taking minutes
- Communicating, and maintaining relations with internal and external stakeholders
- Processing monthly expenses for the PM team
- Organising ad hoc events
As the successful applicant you will have 4-5 years experience in a similar role in a corporate environment, demonstrate high levels of MS Office, and pay high attention to detail. You can work autonomously, yet within a team environment whenever it may be required. You will have initiative and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal). You will be confident in being direct with busy, often ‘under pressure’ Executives, navigating their days, priorities and various stakeholders with ease.
