The Opportunity   

Our client is a global property management firm with over 250 offices worldwide. They are well respected for their hands on and personable service provided to clients, as well as their successful business model.
The office culture is described as dynamic, welcoming and a ‘real team environment’. Their CBD located office is high-tech and modern, with funky communal ‘chill out’ zones. There is currently a temporary opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly organised Personal Assistant to support the State Managing Director! This role is to commence immediately, and will run for 2 months to assist during a busy period for the business.
  
The Responsibility
  
In this fast-paced, and constantly busy role, your expertise will be required across all admin duties, including diary and email management, in addition to:

  • Coordinating travel arrangements, including airfares, accommodation and transfers
  • Organising team and client events
  • Reconciling cash and credit card reimbursements
  • Tracking compliance and team training
  • Preparing documents and presentations for the SMD  

The Expertise
  
This role is best suited to a self-starter and confident individual who can hit the ground running. It requires you to possess strong prioritisation and time management skills, combined with a passion for working in a team environment and towards a common goal. Strong communication and written skills are imperative, as is a hands on approach to all tasks given to you. It would be beneficial to have experience within the property or financial services industries, however is not a necessity.
