Located in the heart of the Sydney CBD, this boutique law firm specialising in Corporate and Commercial litigation is looking for a Property Secretary to join the team. The team is very close knit, welcoming, and believe in rewarding hard work. They are coming up to a very busy time, so they require someone who is driven, can work under pressure and lend a helping hand whenever it is needed.
You will always be busy in this role, as you will be providing constant support to the to the Property team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Diary management
- Corresponding with clients
- Dictaphone typing
- Drafting letters and documents
- Processing billing
- Editing and formatting documents
- File management
To join this team, you will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the legal field, and have specialised in Property law. Intermediate MS Office skills are required, as is the ability to multi-task, work under pressure, in a team and autonomously when necessary. The ability to demonstrate initiative, pay attention to detail and be confident in your work is key to working well in this role.
