the opportunity

Work for one of Australia’s leading commercial real estate development companies as a temporary Receptionist. Based in Belrose, you will gain exposure to a business with over 35 years of experience within the market who are consistently recognised and awarded for their work. The duration of this role is for a minimum of three weeks with the standard working hours being 9am to 5pm. Sound too good to be true? It isn’t! the responsibility

Working in a highly professional and corporate environment, your daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Composing templates and executing letters to tenants and landlords
  • Completing mail mergers through Excel and the company software systems
  • Being the first point of contact you will meet and greet anyone coming into the office
  • All general administration duties including filing, copying, scanning and printing
  • Providing general support for the Centre Manager

the expertise

In order to be considered and ultimately successful in attaining this position, you will require:

  • Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft applications, in particular Excel
  • Experience mail merging through Microsoft Excel
  • Must be available for an immediate start
  • Held a previous position within administration
  • A background using MRI/Clarity systems would be highly advantageous
  • Well presented with excellent communication skills
  • Previous exposure to the property industry is ideal
