the responsibility
In this role you are the first point of call for all clients and visitors. You are the face of the business so you must be polished and maintain a professional manner at all times. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;

  • Answering and directing all phone calls
  • Greeting all visitors and clients
  • Managing multiple meeting rooms
  • Coordinating all events and conferences
  • Assisting with the management of facilities

the expertise
To be considered for this position, you must have a background in hospitality or a front desk role. You will be proficient in MS Office, and possess strong verbal and communication skills. Immaculate presentation is imperative, as is a friendly and inviting personality. If you have exposure to financial services that will be looked at favourably.
