the responsibility

Supporting a vibrant team in a constantly busy role, your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Domestic and international travel for both the team and their clients
  • Diary management for all team members as well as general administrative assistance
  • Liaising with clients and attending their functions
  • Preparing presentations and reports
  • Event management

the experience

In order to be considered for this creative and dynamic role, you will require:

  • A high level of Administration experience, ideally within the entertainment industry
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills as well as immaculate presentation
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite
  • A dynamic and bubbly personality
  • A hands on approach with a proactive mindset
