The Client
Our client is a leading property, construction and development company. They have offices located country-wide, and are seeking an individual with an interest in Human Resources to join the Sydney office. The Responsibility
The purpose of this role is to provide administrative assistance to the Human Resources team, in the delivery of HR processes, projects and initiatives. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Facilitating the on-boarding, recruitment and induction processes for employees
  • Coordinating training for employees
  • Providing general HR support to the business
  • Managing and maintaining the HRIS
  • Assisting with document management

The Expertise
The successful supplicant will have confidence, exceptional time management skills and maintain the ability to balance tasks and meet deadlines. They will be a team player, and be goal orientated, have possess strong interpersonal skills. Knowledge of HR procedures such as recruitment and selection, HR planning, training and development, and career planning is mandatory. As such, this role is best suited for people looking to start their career, or with 12 months experience within Human Resources.
