The Opportunity
Now that we are well established into 2018, we are looking to recruit any temporary candidates who are experienced in Reception, Administration, Personal and/or Executive Assistant positions. We specialise in Office Support across all industries, with clients ranging from Financial & Professional services, to education, Construction, Property and more. We require immediately available candidates who want to work, and only want to hang at the beach on the weekend!

The Responsibility
In these positions, all the typical responsibilities apply to the appropriate role. 

Reception/Facilities Management:

  • Welcoming and greeting guests
  • Answering, screening and directing incoming phone calls
  • Sorting and distributing mail
  • Preparing meeting rooms
  • Managing the meeting room calendar
  • Assisting with ad hoc duties
  • Building and grounds maintenance 
  • Managing upkeep of equipment and supplies
  • Scheduling repairs

Administration Assistant:

  • Provide support to the Administration Manager and Senior Management
  • Provide administrative services, respond to enquiries and complete a range of processing activities with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintaining the accuracy of the database
  • Preparing professional correspondence with letters, bulletins and other internal communications
  • Assisting with ad hoc duties

Personal/Executive Assistant:

  • Calendar, diary and email management
  • Providing support to the appropriate executive/s
  • Compiling reports and presentations
  • Preparing monthly board meetings
  • Taking minutes at meetings
  • Coordinating domestic and/or international travel
