The Opportunity
  
Our client is a tier one, well established investment management firm that boasts stunning marble offices, located in the heart of the CBD. Renowned for having a great work environment and ensuring work life balance, this firm is one you’d want to get your foot in the door with. A dual Reception desk is utilised, and we are on the hunt for a polished and experienced Receptionist to work an assortment of days until the end of the year. Operating a high-volume of phone calls and visitors, we are looking for a switched on and proactive Receptionist to commit to all the days. Therefore, this role would be well suited to university students, parents looking for temporary work, or Working Holiday/Student Visas.
  
The Responsibility

Your daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

  • Greeting clients and guests
  • Answering and directing all incoming phone calls
  • Liaising and providing support for internal clients
  • Sorting incoming and outgoing mail
  • Ordering and stock control
  • Ad hoc administrative support

The Expertise

The successful candidate will have previous experience working on Reception in a corporate environment. You will have proven organisational and time management skills, strong attention to detail and enjoy working in a team environment. To match our clients, you will need to be immaculately presented at all times, and have a high level of communication skills.
