This two-month temporary position is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to utilise their HR experience, and to further their personal and professional development. Working for one of Australia’s largest media agencies, this position will allow the successful candidate to see the inner workings of setting up a new sector within a well-established business. The culture of the company is relaxed, welcoming and modern. Their contemporary offices boast harbour views and are located near a variety of public transport options.
You will be working with the People & Culture team, with responsibilities ranging from:
- Setting up new contracts
- Creating job descriptions
- Filing performance reviews
- Entering data
- Supporting the Human Resource team for the launch of their new brand
The ideal candidate will have experience in generalist Human Resources roles, ideally possessing some sort of degree or Human Resources qualification. You will be a confident, switched on and personable individual whose pro-activity will help support the start up of this new sector in the business. This environment is relaxed, vibrant and a ‘dress down’ office. Although you will not be in a manager position, you will need to have a degree of understanding of Human Resources Policies, Procedures and Law.
