The Opportunity

Due to business growth, they are looking to hire a 5 month part time Admin Assistant to provide support to one of their business divisions. You will work closely with an Executive Assistant and provide support to the wider team. Part time 2 days per week, this is a great opportunity for someone requiring flexibility but still wanting to use their corporate administration skill set.
The Responsibility

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing travel bookings including, flights, accommodation and transfers;
  • Processing invoices and ensuring they are coded correctly;
  • Processing and reconciling expenses;
  • Booking meeting rooms;
  • Provide general admin support including scanning, printing and binding

The Expertise

In order to be considered for this role you will require:

  • Experience within an admin or team assistant based role, ideally within a corporate environment
  • Exposure to systems including Concur, Basware or Salesforce highly desirable
  • Exceptional communication skills that will allow you to liaise with all levels of stakeholders
  • A self-starter that can take initiative and provide solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
