The Opportunity 

We have an immediate temporary opportunity available for an administrator who has recent and strong Oracle experience. Running for 4-6 weeks, this role requires you to work in a small and inclusive team to get the business on top of procurement solutions. Our client is a listed multinational company who specialises in the digital space by providing business to business support via networks and services. If you are looking for a short term contract, have a strong understanding of Oracle and enjoy working in the tech space – please apply with a current CV.

The Responsibility

Your responsibilities in the role will include: 

  • Raise Purchase Requests
  • Chase up PR/PO approvers
  • Convert PRs to Purchase Orders
  • Conduct receiving in Oracle or chase up purchase requests to do the receiving
  • Address queries from Accounts Payables – invoices with no POs

The Expertise

The successful candidate will need to be confident using Oracle for the responsibilities listed above. Being a temporary role, you’ll need to be able to hit the ground running, adapt to new environments and people quickly, and have a proactive approach to the work. You will need to be tech-savvy, have great attention to detail and be well presented.
