We are looking for a well rounded administration assistant to join this boutique organisation, in their newly refurbished offices in Sydney CBD.
An experienced administration assistant with both excellent verbal and written communication skills is what is required in this position.
You will have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of tasks across the team, having the opportunity to pick up and learn new skills.
- Answering incoming calls and email enquiries in a prompt and professional manner;
- Diary management for the team;
- Manage expenses;
- Occasional travel booking;
- Ad-hoc tasks as requested by the team;
- Back up for the Office Manager;
- Support with upcoming projects;
- Facilitate maintenance requests and order of office supplies.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, previous experience within the financial services industry is preferred but not essential.
You will be a self starter who can add value to this highly successful team and hit the ground running.
You will have intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite applications.
