The Opportunity

Our client is a well-known and highly regarded Australian brand who has developed a long standing history of success. They are currently seeking an experienced and diligent Administrator to join and support the team who are experiencing a high-volume of fast-moving work. Whilst working virtually via Google Teams, you will be supporting them on a daily basis (Monday-Friday). They require someone who is a strong operator, can pick up new processes quickly, and is technologically savvy. This is an ongoing temporary assignment with an immediate start, and is a great opportunity for someone to utilise their coordination and technical skills in a position with variety.

The Responsibility

Providing support to the team, your duties consist of, but are not limited to:

  • Data entry;
  • Basic marketing admin support,
  • Filing, faxing, updating and managing the database;
  • Building relationships and liaising with internal teams and third party suppliers;
  • Some overflow support to the wider team

The Expertise

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative capacity, as well as exposure to a customer service environment. You will have excellent communication and technical skills, be highly confident working autonomously & in a team, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be dedicated to your role, be adaptable to constant changes, and capable of meeting deadlines. Experience with Google Suite is a highly regarded.
