The Opportunity

A rare opportunity has arisen for a junior position to join a major player in their industry. No experience is required for the position, but you will have an exceptional work ethic, along with an extremely professional approach and polished in presentation.

The Responsibility

You will be working on a shared reception desk, providing a five star service to clients;

  • Answering the phone in a professional manner
  • Prepare and book meeting rooms
  • General administration tasks including; printing and scanning
  • Organise couriers and distribute mail
  • Exceptionally presented at all times
  • Ability to follow direction

The Expertise

To be successful in the position you will;

  • Work well in both a team environment and autonomously
  • Be able to follow direction and guidance from your relevant line manager
  • Possess excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Have high attention to detail along with great time management skills
