Our client, a global real estate and property business specialising in the retail sector, is seeking a Receptionist/Concierge for one of their Eastern Suburbs locations. The role will run for 8-12 weeks, and is a fabulous opportunity for someone who wants to utilise their great people skills and expand their administrative skill set. Being at the forefront of the client and visitor experiences will require a quick thinking and problem solving individual, who enjoys providing 5-star service in a busy environment at all times. This role is to start mid-March, is four days a week, and requires an interview with the client – so please read the below and apply if this sounds like you!
As the Receptionist/Concierge, you will be the main point of contact for every client/visitor and guest. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting clients, visitors and guests at reception
- Managing the boardroom bookings
- Answering the phones and responding or redirecting if necessary
- Liaising with security for access passes and facilities management
- Sorting and distributing mail, as well as ordering couriers
To be considered for this temporary opportunity, the ideal candidate will need to possess previous experience at a Receptionist/Concierge capacity in a corporate environment. Experience within the property, real estate or hospitality industries will be highly regarded, as will your ability to work autonomously, and manage conflicting priorities at a fast pace. Your polished presentation and articulate manner is vital for this role along with a proactive and no fuss approach to your work.
