This is an exciting and unique opportunity for an individual looking to further their professional career in the property and real estate sector. You will be working in a fast-paced and exciting environment in a beautiful office located just outside of the Sydney CBD. You will be required to provide administrative support to the Principal and his Executive Assistant, whilst also preparing listings and supporting the property exchanges. This role requires one who is a skilled contracts administrator, and is looking to hit the ground running in a supportive, close-knit and good-humoured team.
In this role, you will focus on the settlements and exchanges of residential property transactions. Duties include:
- Contract exchange, settlement coordination and associated administration;
- Administrative support for the real estate sales team;
- Preparing in-house documentation, including advertising, marketing and reporting;
- Uploading and updating online sales listings;
- Managing property/agent marketing and advertising campaigns
The ideal candidate will have experience in property exchanges and settlement administration, and will ideally come from a real estate background. You will need to have excellent planning, organisation and time management skills as you’ll be required to juggle multiple demands at once that will be ever-changing. Your written and communication skills must strong, as should your attention to detail and willingness to work in a team. You will need to be a confident decision maker, and always been willing to learn and pick up new skills. Knowledge of AgentBox and MyDesktop is favourable.
