A Corporate Reception position has arisen within a global financial services firm. Their beautiful CBD located offices have stunning views of the harbour, and are close to the shops, restaurants and pubic transport methods. You would be joining a close-knit and collaborative team culture, and treated to fantastic work perks, including fun monthly events!
On the dual Reception desk your responsibilities will consist of:
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Coordinating and preparing meeting rooms
- Organising catering
- Managing utility stock
- Ad hoc admin support
- Sorting mail and ordering couriers
The ideal candidate will have front desk experience in either an events, corporate or hospitality environment, and a willingness to learn the business from the ground up. You will be switched on, confident and have a professional approach to tasks. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are imperative, as is a strong attention to detail. A friendly and welcoming personality is necessary when working on Reception. We are looking for someone who has demonstrated initiative, is self-motivated, and basic MS Office suite skills.
