A fantastic opportunity has come up within a multi-billion dollar investment management firm located in the heart of the CBD. Their stunning offices have great views of Sydney, and are within close proximity to restaurants, bars and public transport options. This role is well suited to one with a strong customer service focus, and wants to put their people and basic reception skills to good use!
On the dual Reception desk your responsibilities are listed below, but not limited to;
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Coordinating and preparing meeting rooms
- Organising catering
- Managing utility stock
- Ad hoc admin support
- Sorting mail and ordering couriers
The ideal candidate will have previous 1-3 years experience on a front desk in an events, corporate or hospitality environment. You will have a confident and professional manner, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and strong attention to detail. As important as a brilliant work ethic is, a friendly and welcoming personality is a necessity when working on Reception. We are looking for someone who has demonstrated initiative, is self-motivated, and basic MS Office suite skills.
