The Opportunity

This is a great opportunity for an administrator to join this huge FMCG business based in Bella Vista. They are looking for a candidate with previous exposure to data and reporting. With two huge projects currently running within the business, the successful candidate will be updating internal org charts and employee information along with a number of other duties required within this project.

The Responsibility

  • Assist with updating internal systems with up to date and relevant information;
  • Proactively source and input any changes required to the database;
  • Work collaboratively with your manager and team to decide the best method to complete this task successfully;
  • Be able to interpret data and clean this up;
  • Accurately updating the CRM system;
  • Ascertain correct information;
  • Confidence in reaching out to both internal and external stakeholders.

The Expertise

To be successful in this position you will be a data whizz with a high attention to detail, looking to join a collaborative team.
Previous experience in data collation and reporting is highly desirable with an interest in HR.
A HR graduate would be ideal in this position, with a long term opportunity potentially available.
