This is a great opportunity to put your Donor Relations and Raiser’s Edge experience to good use! Working for this very well-established, admirable and benevolent non profit organisation will see you take complete ownership of this temporary position. This boutique yet effective organisation has two office locations – and you have the option to work where best suits you! You’ll be assisting the Database Manager, and working closely with the CFO to ensure excellent customer service and donation processing is provided. This role requires a developed understanding of Raiser’s Edge.
The responsibilities for this role include:
- Customer Service – including taking all phone calls and coordinating all incoming emails to our general email address. Both require interaction with donors and supporters.
- Processing donations
- Receipts and donor communications
- Following up declined and expired credit card donations
- General administration
To be considered for this role you need to have prior experience in a Donor Relations role, and an intermediate-advanced knowledge of Raiser’s Edge. You must possess great communication skills and exhibit high levels of speed and accuracy in relation to data entry. The right candidate will be able to find their feet quickly, and be able to pick up processes easily. Prior experience using ‘Raisers Edge’ is required.
