The Opportunity


Our client in looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support this inspirational Exec GM, who is currently working on a world first project!
The role is looking for an EA to support this Exec GM in a temporary capacity for six months, with the intention to move into the role on a permanent basis after this time.

The Responsibility

The role will be ideally looking for someone who has over five years experience within a PA/EA role.
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Email and diary management;
  • Preparing of presentations and board papers;
  • Both domestic and international travel booking;
  • Minute taking;
  • Expense reconciliation and budget reporting;
  • Producing of documents, including PowerPoint presentations.

The Expertise

To be successful in this role, you will have come from a similar position supporting senior management. You will be advanced in both PowerPoint and Word. Ideally you would have gained experience working within an administration project, including research, data collection and analysis.
Communication and interpersonal skills will be of an exceptional level along with your problem solving skills.
With your proactive approach and can do attitude you’ll be sure to hit the ground running in this great new opportunity.
