The Opportunity

Our client is a well-established organisation that provides quality services to Australians, and has been doing so for 100+ years. They provide award-winning, innovative and personalised care to their clients, and from doing so have development an exceptionally strong presence. A 12-month, Executive Assistant to CEO fixed-term contract position has become available for a highly experienced Executive Assistant. Whilst providing professional support to the CEO, you will also need to ensure excellent customer experience is provided across the organisation and to the Board. We require someone who has developed an exceptional reputation for managing ever changing, complex busy schedules whilst maintaining with efficiency and confidentiality at all times. This role is to commence mid-May 2020.
The Responsibility

Your responsibilities in this exciting Executive Assistant position will include:

  • Full management of the diary, calendar and email inbox;
  • Preparation of agendas, minutes and associated papers for Board and Committee meetings;
  • Coordination of the travel and accommodation itinerary;
  • Corresponding on behalf of the CEO;
  • Any additional adhoc administrative requests as directed

The Expertise

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting at C’Suite level. You will need to have demonstrated experience in performing the responsibilities outlined above, advanced communication skills (verbal &written), and a high attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to prioritise.
