We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support two supportive and welcoming managers. The offices are funky and high-tech, and are located in the heart of the CBD, close to all forms of public transport a.
Supporting two people in this fast-paced roles means you’ll need to skilled at prioritising and forever meeting deadlines. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing of the diaries, calendars and emails
- Booking meetings
- Coordinating travel and accommodation itineraries
- Reconciling credit cards and processing expenses
- Ad hoc administrative support
We are looking for a bubbly Assistant with 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role. You will need to have an eager and proactive attitude, and always be looking for the next task. Your communication skills must be superb, as well as your attention to detail. To succeed in this role proficiency with IT systems and strong MS Office skills are also important!
