Working closely with the Administration Manager and wider team, your duties will include:
- Diary and meeting management for 2 Senior Partners
- Managing a busy schedule of interviews and client meetings
- Preparing briefs, agendas, research and client-related documentation
- Assisting with recruitment processes e.g. invoicing, reference checking and shortlisting
- Posting job ads, managing responses and assisting with back-end processes
- Extensive stakeholder management
This role requires a highly organised, polished individual with great communication skills. You will ideally have a corporate admin background in professional/financial services, legal or property. As you will be a true right-hand and privy to highly confidential information, being able to conduct yourself with integrity and tact is key to success. Strong interpersonal skills and a polished presentation are essential, and experience supporting a high-level executive or team is highly prized.
