The Opportunity

The position on offer here is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Team Assistant, looking to make that next move into an Executive Assistant position. 
This will be an exciting time to join this global investment firm, as they continue to grow and integrate themselves into the Australian markets. 
The successful candidate will report into the newly appointed Office Manager.

The Responsibility

The role duties will include but not limited to:

  • Diary management for associate; 
  • Extensive travel booking; 
  • Assist Office Manager with any over flow and adhoc administration;
  • Communicate with both with external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner;
  • Assist with presentations and collating of documents.

The Expertise 

To be successful in this position you will have come from a Team Assistant / Personal Assistant background. Experience within the financial services sector is preferred, ideally within the private equity space. You will have a can do mindset and enjoy working in a high performing environment. You must enjoy working in a smaller office environment and thrive in an all-encompassing role.
