An immediate start, temp-to-perm opportunity has become available with a technology client who is based in North Sydney. They are looking for a welcoming, well-presented and proactive Receptionist to work on a dual desk at a full-time capacity. The modern offices are located a short-walk from the train station, and are within close proximity to a variety of restaurants and retail shops. Adequate training will be provided, along with an inclusive and friendly workplace environment.
As the face of the business, your duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting clients, employees and visitors
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Coordinating and preparing meeting rooms
- Organising catering
- Ad hoc admin support
- Sorting mail and ordering couriers
The ideal candidate for this role needs to be articulate, professional and confident. Front desk experience is necessary, as is a willingness to always lend that extra hand to help! You will need to be capable of forming new relationships with stakeholders of all levels, and a good understand of MS Office. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are imperative, as is a strong attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is committed, as this is a long term opportunity.
