Our client, a well known property and development company is on the lookout for an Office Coordinator to join their team. Working as the main admin support for the company, you will have the ability to take full ownership of the role and be the true “go to” person in the office. The Responsibility

Working as the first point of contact for all administrative duties, your role will include but is not limited to:

  • Answer all incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Meet and greet all guests and ensure they are comfortable 
  • Book and maintain all of the company meeting rooms
  • Book travel and accommodation for two senior stakeholders 
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team
  • Reconcile company cards and process invoices

The Expertise

To be considered for this popular role, you will be a well presented and professional individual. Whilst the successful candidate will receive training you will ideally have two years experience as an Administrative professional. This is a company that prides itself on a great company culture so the ability to work in a team and towards a common goal is essential. Given the nature of the position, the successful candidate will ideally have an interest in HR.
