In this role you’ll be responsible for the coordination of the various national administrative functions. Your responsibilities include:
- Coordinating contracts, leases and liaising with stakeholders
- Negotiating, maintaining and reporting on contracts
- Managing insurance claims, renewing policies and liaising with external brokers
- Reporting on corporate travel
- Ad hoc project work
The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar Office Manager/Senior Administration role, with 2-3 years’ experience in a professional services or corporate environment. You’ll need to have the right aptitude to manage various tasks, demands and time frames, whilst also being reactive to last minute changes. A strong attention to detail, negotiation and influencing skills are key, as is having an intermediate understanding of MS Office Suite, specifically excel. You will be working with National representatives for this firm, so it is imperative you present professionally and articulately.
