Our client is a listed multi-billion dollar company that leads in specialised technology services and operates predominantly in the B2B market. On offer is the opportunity to join our client on a full-time, permanent basis as an Operations Administrator. Working in the Operations team, this position will report into the Operations Support Manager and focus on providing admin support to the team so that they can focus on improving the functioning of the business on a daily basis.
Your key responsibilities in this role will consist of:
- Supporting the team with effective administrative and office procedures
- Managing ad hoc team projects
- Initiating new projects and implementing improvement processes
- Working at a consistent level
- Building strong and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
To be suitable for this role you will need to have worked in a similar administration focused role for a minimum of 18-24 months ideally within a large or global company, with experience in the IT industry being highly regarded but not essential. We are looking for someone who has ambition to grow and progress in the role once they have learnt the ropes, who also works productively and effectively in an team. Self-motivation and pro-activity is key in succeeding in this role, and ultimately the business. In terms of presentation, you need to take pride in your appearance and speak eloquently.
