My client is a significant player within the property industry – well known for their innovation and ability to provide the highest levels of service to their customers. Supporting one of the company’s Directors, you will be providing them and the wider team with administrative assistance. You will be providing high level administrative assistance to the Director and wider team, with duties including:
- Diary management and scheduling meetings
- Inbox management including correspondence on behalf of the Director
- Preparation of meeting agendas and documents
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Attending off site appointments with and on behalf of the Director
Our client has identified the successful candidate will need to possess 2-3 years’ worth of administrative experience. You will need to be able to thrive in a fast paced environment and whilst industry experience is not necessary, you will have a passion to learn and grow within it. This is a corporate environment, so your presentation needs to be immaculate and clean – and the same goes with your drivers license & car.
