The Opportunity

Join one of Australia’s leading professional services firms! Our client provides in-depth expertise in accounting and consulting, globally. They are known for their inclusive and supportive culture, long term employee tenure and their continual growing presence. We have an opportunity available for an experienced Personal Assistant to join this innovative firm on a permanent basis. They are looking for someone to start as soon as possible, however will also wait a notice period for the right person. The role will involve supporting the Partners, and providing ad hoc admin support to their teams.
The Responsibility
This Personal Assistant position is best suited to an individual who is self-sufficient, organised and keen to hit the ground running and get started with the following responsibilities:

  • Managing diary appointments, including organising internal/ external meetings, room bookings and invitations;
  • Preparing documents, spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations;
  • Coordinating travel and accommodation as required;
  • Project and document management;
  • Organising catering;
  • Reconciling expenses and credit cards.

The Expertise

The ideal candidate will be an experienced TA/EA/PA who is proactive, a team player and a confident decision maker. You’ll need to have strong organisational skills, MYOB knowledge, be capable of working in a team, yet also autonomously. It is important that your values align with the firm’s, and you are adaptable to different working styles. This is a great opportunity to work within a reputable business!
