The Opportunity

We’ve had a temp to perm Personal Assistant opportunity arise for a client based on the North Shore. Specialising in a niche industry, they are looking for someone to join the boutique business that enjoys working in a fast-paced, high pressure and rewarding environment.
The Responsibility

Supporting one of the Directors, your responsibilities consist of:

  • Organising and supporting the diary and activities
  • Processing registrations
  • Coordinating client bookings and accommodation
  • Providing support on marketing campaigns
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders
  • General ad hoc administrative support
  • Reporting on sales

The Expertise

The ideal candidate must have 2-3 years’ experience in a corporate environment as a Team or Personal Assistant. You will be used to a fast moving environment, that at times is demanding – yet working collaboratively as a small team. You will be agile and reactive, and love dealing with people, always wanting to lend a helping hand. A passion for organising is a must, as is an immediate start.
