Our client, a progressive and innovative business is looking for temporary Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join their team as soon as possible! This role will encompass a mix of reception and admin duties that will keep you engaged throughout the day. Our client has an amazing office space where the team work collaboratively. This is the perfect opportunity someone looking to hit the ground running in a challenging role. Working as the first point of contact for our client, your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Answering all incoming calls and transferring to the relevant contact
- Responding to all email enquiries in a timely fashion
- Meeting and greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Booking and setting up meeting rooms
- Booking couriers
- Maintenance of the client database
The successful candidate will have previous experience in an administrative based role. You will be well presented and professional, as well as being able to fit in with a fun and collaborative team. Strong written and verbal communication skills are key as you will be liaising with all levels of internal/external stakeholders. This opportunity is for an immediate start – therefor we will only be considering applicants who are immediately available or with a short notice period!
