The Responsibility

Your responsibilities in the role will include: 

  • Answering, screening and directing incoming phone calls
  • Meeting and greeting all visitors in a welcoming manner
  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • Ad hoc calendar management
  • Maintaining the front office/reception area

The Expertise

The successful candidate will need to be corporately presented, and have a friendly, can-do attitude. We are looking for someone who has proven excellent organisational and time management skills, enjoys lending a helping hand, and is confident they can hit the ground running. Our client has a diverse range of clients coming and calling in daily, so we need someone who can adapt to any situation.
