A Corporate Reception position has arisen within a tier-one, investment management firm. Their beautiful CBD based offices have stunning views of the harbour, and are close to the shops, restaurants and pubic transport methods. You would be joining a close-knit and collaborative team culture, and treated to fantastic work perks, including fun monthly events! 
The Responsibility
On the dual Reception desk your responsibilities are listed below:

  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls
  • Coordinating and preparing meeting rooms
  • Organising catering
  • Managing utility stock
  • Ad hoc admin support
  • Sorting mail and ordering couriers

The Expertise
The ideal candidate will have front desk experience in either an events, corporate or hospitality environment; or a willingness to learn the business from the ground up. You will be switched on, confident and have a professional approach to tasks. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are imperative, as is a strong attention to detail. A friendly and welcoming personality is necessary when working on Reception. We are looking for someone who has demonstrated initiative, is self-motivated, and basic MS Office suite skills.
