The Opportunity

An ongoing, temporary Receptionist opportunity has become available with our client based in Rhodes. Working Wednesday, Thursday, Friday every week from 12:30 – 5:30 – this is the perfect role for a back-to-work parent, University student, or any individual on a Working Holiday Visa. The building is a short walk from the train station, and is a 20 minute train ride from Central Station. You would be joining a close-knit and collaborative team, within a company that values all its employees.
  
The Responsibility
  
As the Receptionist, your duties will involve:

  • Meeting and greeting clientele and visitors
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls
  • Coordinating and preparing meeting rooms
  • Organising catering
  • Ad hoc admin support
  • Sorting mail and ordering couriers

The Expertise
  
The ideal candidate will be polished, friendly and professional. Front desk experience is necessary, and is being  punctual, polite and have MS Office suite experience. A willingness to learn the business from the ground up will get you far, as you never know where this opportunity could lead! Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are imperative, as is a strong attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is committed, helpful and proactive!
