• Salary determined by experience
  • Outstanding CBD offices
  • Down to earth, fun and dynamic team!

The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity for a graduate candidate to join a boutique consultancy firm as a Team Assistant. We are hoping for a January 2019 start, however the earlier the better if you don’t have a notice period! This opportunity will provide an introduction into a collaborative, energetic and corporate workplace environment. You will have a strong foundation of technical skills, which you will enjoy putting to use as you learn the ropes of providing administration support to a thriving sales team. The ideal candidate for this position is one who is eager, driven, and not afraid to step up to a good challenge!

The Responsibility

As the Team Coordinator, your role will encompass a wide variety of administrative and office support functions. A full job description will be provided during interview, however the general responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the general calendar and meeting rooms;
  • Booking in candidates for interview, and formatting their CV’s;
  • Managing the office supplies inclusive of catering and stationary;
  • Maintaining and assisting with important records, and preparing documents;
  • Answering and responding to all phone-calls, and occasionally office guests; and
  • Coordinating team and client events, initiatives and projects.

The Expertise

To be considered for this position you will possess a keen flair for learning, and be confident in working in a heavily team-based environment. Prior administration experience in a corporate environment is a bonus, but not essential for the right candidate. You will be comfortable with the above tasks, and be ready to jump in the deep end and be 100% involved in any task or duty! You’ll possess a hardworking, professional persona, and a sense of humour is mandatory in the office! Finally, immaculate presentation is important, along with strong communication skills and intermediate to advanced MS Office Suite skills.

The Next Step
On offer is a great opportunity for personal and professional development in a friendly and supportive environment. If you believe you have the skills required for the above position, I encourage you to apply online with an updated resume. Alternatively, please contact Claire McClintock at Assistant Sydney for further information on 0498 990 161.
