Our client is based in a stunning CBD location, close to all modes of public transport. The culture of the firm supports a strong work/life balance. An experienced team assistant with a can-do attitude who is a motivated, self starter is what is required in this six month role (with the potential to move into a permanent role down the line). You will have the opportunity to support a diverse team taking on a broad variety of tasks. Working within the infrastructure team, you will have the chance to see the inner workings of a well-established company, with an immediate start date of Monday!
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Diary management for the team;
- Manage expenses;
- Travel, both domestic and international;
- Adhoc tasks as requested by the team;
- Back up for EA (who this role will report into);
- Support with upcoming projects, including office relocation over the coming months;
- Facilitate maintenance requests and order of office supplies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, experience in the financial services sphere and experience working in a large team. You will be a savvy individual who can add to the fun and vibrant team culture by knowing the best places to suggest for both team and client events in the CBD. Your attention to detail will shine when you are working with different time zones, expenses, archiving files and completing other daily tasks. You must have experience booking travel for individuals and a team. You will be a proactive individual who has had experience within a team assistant or personal assistant role. An added bonus would be systems experience with PeopleSoft and Concur.
