We have an amazing opportunity for someone to join our client as their Corporate Receptionist on a full-time permanent basis. Our client is a consulting firm that give tailored strategies and advice to other companies and their employees. They work with large groups as well as individuals to understand their needs and ultimately guide them successfully to their short and long-term goals. This is a business that truly cares about the work they conduct, and they treat their employees accordingly. You will be treated to quarterly work dinners at stunning venues, staff and client Christmas parties as well as being part of a team that makes you excited to come to work. To add to this, you will be working from newly refurbished offices in the very near future which possess stunning views in the Sydney CBD.

Providing high level administrative support, your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Meeting and greeting clients on behalf or your Executives
- Travel and accommodation bookings – both domestic and international
- Assisting with the organisation of seminars and presentations
- Heavy diary management for your Executives
- Creation of all advertising/marketing materials for company events
- Processing invoices and expenses
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Team Assistant or Administrative based role. You will have a ‘client first’ mentality and be confident in building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This is a varied role which will require you to prioritise and have a strong attention to detail. Due to this, flexibility and the ability to multitask will be essential. Above all, you will be a personable and enthusiastic individual that is passionate about your work and keen to commit to a business that will offer growth and development.
