Our client is a highly regarded corporate who has a long history of success. They are currently seeking an experienced and diligent Personal Assistant to come on board to support two Executives and their wider teams. Being a very fast-paced, agile environment, you will be constantly required to work in a reactive and resourceful manner! This is a great opportunity for someone to utilise their technical and coordinating skills in a varied and busy position.
Providing high level support, your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Diary, calendar and travel management;
- Meeting coordination inc. catering and room preparation
- Drafting communications, documents and presentations;
- Administrative tasks; filing, faxing, updating and managing the database;
- Reconciling expenses and credit card statements
- Some overflow support to the wider team
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an Executive, Team or Personal Assistant capacity, with excellent communication and technical skills. Resilient and dedicated to your role, you will need to be adaptable, managing ambiguity, changing priorities and moving deadlines. You will also illustrate initiative to ensure the incessant smooth running of the teams. Experience in using Google Suite and SAP would be advantageous, as would working in a large corporate environment where you’re constantly managing critical and time conflicting demands.
