Assistant Sydney have various temporary hybrid Reception/Facility Coordinator opportunities working with well established and successful clients, based in the CBD and on the lower North Shore. Working Monday – Friday, you’ll be the first point of contact for employees, visitors and guests. Our client requires someone who is polished, assertive and composed at all times. Whether you are on a Working Holiday Visa, or are a regular contractor who is looking for some temporary work over the Christmas and New Year period – we strongly encourage you to apply!
Your responsibilities in this role will include but not be limited to;
- Meeting and greeting clients in a courteous and professional manner;
- Answering incoming phone calls and diverting them to the relevant contact;
- Booking and managing meeting rooms;
- Assisting or autonomously pulling together presentations and reports;
- Coordination and management of internal and external contractors attending site completing works;
- Maintain work records and reports;
- Ad hoc administrative tasks such as processing expenses and assisting with invoicing.
To be considered for the opportunities you’ll need to have prior experience in a Reception and/or Facilities Coordinator role, preferably within a corporate office based position, or at a minimum high-end hospitality or cabin crew (for Reception roles). Due to these roles being temporary in nature (some fixed term, some potentially temp to perm) the majority of them require an immediate start, and will require you to hit the ground running. Your ability to deal with customers over the phone and in person professionally is important in this role. Your presentation needs to be immaculate, along with your attention to detail. The right candidate will be able to find their feet quickly, and be able to pick up processes easily.
