The Opportunity

We are looking for organised, driven and committed candidates who have experience working on Reception and within Administration, and are interested in temporary assignments. We have continual opportunities emerging within this global business, so if this role isn’t available we will likely have another one soon! We require professional and well-presented candidates who are seeking out fast-paced and hands on opportunities. These roles will require you to be immediately available and able to commit to the length of the assignment. The length of the assignment is generally a 6-8 week cover period with the potential for extension, therefore Working Holiday Visas are strongly encouraged to apply.

The Responsibility

As above, the responsibilities will vary in line with the nature of the position. Broadly speaking, the duties will be as follows:

  • Meeting and greeting clients in a kind and professional manner;
  • Answering incoming phone calls and diverting them to the relevant contact;
  • Booking and managing meeting rooms;
  • Providing team support including diary and travel management;
  • Attending meetings and taking the minutes;
  • Assisting or autonomously pulling together presentations and reports; and
  • Adhoc administrative tasks such as processing expenses and assisting with invoicing.

The Expertise

To be considered for these roles, you will be confident and organised with an eye for detail. You will possess impeccable communication skills in both verbal and written forms, and have intermediate MS Office skills. You will take pride in your appearance, be polished and articulate, and be proud to be the face of the organisation. It is essential than you can work autonomously, but can also work in a group and as a team player when required.
