The Opportunity   

Our client, much admired for their specialism within career transitioning and consulting, are in pursuit of a strong and effective Administrator to join their close-knit, high-achieving team. This role is crucial to the lifecycle and nature of the client experience, ranging from precise data entry into the CRM system, running of reports and building relationships, as well as front of house reception cover for a spell each day, thus requiring someone with articulate communication and excellent presentation skills!

The Responsibility
  
In this Administration role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;  

  • Inputting client information into the CRM system;
  • Running and collating of reports via Excel and PowerBi (training provided);
  • Collating of important documents and letters using Word and existing templates;
  • Speaking with clients over the phone, obtaining relevant information to input and pass onto consultants;
  • Coordinate and diarise meetings between clients and directors/consultants;
  • Assisting with client events, workshops, offsites and managing the RSVPs;
  • Building & maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships; and
  • Assisting with front of house reception (covering lunch each day and/or sickness cover).

The Expertise
  
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a meaty administration, client /customer services or similar capacity. Highly beneficial would be a background from within corporate or professional services. Naturally warm and empathetic, your mature approach to your work, will set you apart! This role will suit someone with strong people and admin skills, with a sense of urgency, attention to detail and can take instruction well, but must also be able to work independently. Finally, a strong command of MS Office is essential & exposure to CRM systems would be an advantage!
  
Please note, this is an in-office based role, 5 days per week.
