Our client, privately owned and highly respected within their field, are looking to secure a Client Services expert to join their Sydney team. Given their niche is career transitioning and consulting, this role will play an essential part in the client lifecycle experience, requiring warmth of personality, empathy and discretion, not to mention excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
The business embodies a warm and inclusive culture, and you will have the opportunity to collaborate with their tenured Client Services Manager, who is highly respected, and will provide guidance and support. With lovely offices a stones-throw from Circular Quay, and close to some of the best coffee spots in the city, this really is a role to get excited about!
The Responsibility
As the Client Services Coordinator, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to your assigned clients;
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to identify ongoing opportunities within their organisations;
- Provide expert guidance to clients, recommending solutions that align with their requirements, objectives, and situations;
- Assist with high-priority requests and/or escalate issues as needed;
- Organise meetings and coordinate with consultants;
- Compile and deliver reports as required to meet client expectations; and
- Assist with client marketing initiatives such as offsite events, workshops and boardroom functions.
The Expertise
The successful candidate will have a strong ability to connect with people and cultivate lasting relationships! Your sensitive and empathetic manner, coupled with your excellent communication skills will set you apart for this role. Experience in professional services, HR, Education or related fields, will be highly regarded! We are looking for someone with the ability to listen attentively and engage effectively. Further, you will have a customer-centric approach, with the ability to work seamlessly across the organisation to achieve shared goals. Proficient MS Office skills and exposure to CRM systems, would be highly favoured.
